Our 4th year students of the Faculty of Nursing visited AFAD Earthquake Simulation Center on December 19-20, 2024 as part of the Public Health Nursing course. In the event, which was organized to increase their awareness and sensitivity towards disasters, our students received practical training on correct intervention and crisis management in times of disaster and gained awareness of being prepared for emergencies.
This valuable experience will contribute to our students to become better equipped against disaster situations that they may encounter in their professional life and to raise awareness of the society on this issue.
