The stand activity of the social responsibility project „Pressure Injury Prevention Day - Stop Pressure Injuries‟, which was carried out within our faculty and carried out by Professor Doctor Zehra GÖÇMEN BAYKARA, and the researchers were Doctor Assistant Professor Nevra KALKAN and Doctor Assistant Professor Evrim SARITAŞ, was held on 21.11.2024. The event was prepared together with Gazi University Nursing Students Community and Gazi University Lifelong Awareness Community students and co-operated with Wound Ostomy Incontinence Nurses Association (WOINA). The event was held on the A block floor of Gazi University Faculty of Nursing. Professor Doctor Zehra Göçmen Baykara, President of WOINA and faculty member of the Faculty of Nursing, stated that they were happy to carry out this event. Participants of the stand event were informed about pressure injuries by using interactive teaching methods such as verbal expression, question and answer, expression on the model, poster/brochure display, puzzle. Undergraduate and graduate students studying at Gazi University Faculty of Nursing and Faculty of Health Sciences, faculty members and staff, administrative staff showed great interest in the event. Informative leaflets were distributed to those who participated in the stand event. The event was very successful, efficient and enjoyable. Participants gave feedback that their knowledge on many issues related to pressure injury increased, they found answers to their questions and that the event was very useful.
