Gazi University Disaster and Emergency Community (GÜAFAD) and Gazi University Ideas and Values Community launched a university-wide aid campaign to the earthquake zone (Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Malatya) with the slogan "We are going to seedlings of hope" on the 1st anniversary of the February 6 earthquake. In line with this campaign, toys for children, children's reading books, university preparation books, test books, and diapers for individuals with special needs were met and delivered to families in need.  Ayjahan Hakymov, our 3rd-year student from the Faculty of Nursing, who led the aid campaign, and a group of 30 students also provided psychological support by engaging in one-to-one dialogues with the families. The campaign also attracted great attention in the press.
