"Career Talks" event was organized by the Career Planning Commission.

Supporting the career planning and development of 4th year nursing students, held in the conference hall of the Faculty of Nursing; The program was organized to provide students with the opportunity to communicate and interact with representatives of hospitals and other health institutions. Vice Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Prof. Dr. Naime ALTAY, Prof. Dr. Ebru KILIÇARSLAN, Ankara Provincial Health Directorate Mental Health Branch Manager Derya AKSU BAYRAM, Gazi Hospital Service Nurse / Vice President of Oncology Nursing Association Figen BAY, Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University Head of Internal Medicine Nursing Department Assoc. Dr. Burcu BAYRAK KAHRAMAN, Güven Hospital Education and R&D Manager Dr. Ahu ÇIRLAK, faculty membersand all senior nursing students attended the program.

The program started with the speeches of Prof. Dr. Naime ALTAY, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Nursing. In her speeches, she stated that the sharing of professional experiences of nurse representatives working in different application areas of nursing is an important opportunity for our senior students who will start to step into the profession; that lifelong learning in nursing is an important process and that this will be shared by the guests in the program. It was also stated that our students who graduated from our faculty are preferred by institutions and that positive feedbacks are received.

After the opening speech, under the moderation of Prof. Dr. Ebru KILIÇARSLAN, Derya AKSU BAYRAM, Figen BAY, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Burcu BAYRAK KAHRAMAN, Dr. Ahu ÇIRLAK shared their career journeys, professional experiences, expectations and suggestions with the students. In the question-answer session organized at the end of the session, students and guests shared their opinions. Prof. Dr. Naime ALTAY, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, presented certificates of appreciation to the moderators and guests and the event was completed. The program, which was well attended by the students, ended with the students' thanks and satisfaction.
