Organized by the Research and Development Institution Coordination Office at our university, “97th "The Most Successful Doctoral Thesis Award Ceremony of the Year" was held.
The ceremony held in the Rectorate Mimar Kemaleddin Hall; President of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar, our Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız, Türkiye Halk Bankası Corporate Communications Department Head Caner Gökbulut, Türkiye Halk Bankası Ankara 2nd Regional Coordinator Aziz Emrah Yıldız and Gazi University Branch Manager Güner Altınok, our Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Ramazan Bayındır, Prof. Dr. Fazlı Polat and Prof. Dr. Yücel Gelisli, Secretary General Ragıp Akyürek, Deputy Secretary General Mehmet Ali Özkan, rector advisors, academic and administrative unit managers, faculty members, students and guests attended. Our Dean, Prof., attended the ceremony on behalf of our faculty. Dr. Sultan Ayaz Alkaya, our Vice Deans Prof. Dr. Naime Altay and Dr. Lecturer Member Özlem Canbolat, our faculty members and staff attended.
Within the framework of the award ceremony; Theses that were completed in 2023 and evaluated and ranked in the top three at Gazi University Institute of Health Sciences, Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences, Institute of Educational Sciences and Informatics Institute were awarded.
  At the ceremony, our faculty's Nursing Principles Department faculty member Prof. Dr. The doctoral thesis titled "The Effect of Virtual Game Simulation on First-Year Nursing Students' Diagnosis and Goal Formation", supervised by Nurcan Çalışkan, received the "Most Successful Doctoral Thesis Third Prize" from the Institute of Health Sciences.
