Three Course Exam (For Those Who Have Three Courses Left for Graduation)

Three-course exams for graduation; students who have taken all courses in the curriculum of the diploma program they are continuing, have fulfilled the attendance requirement, have met the other requirements required to receive an associate degree/undergraduate diploma, and are in a position to graduate if they successfully complete the courses they have taken in the semester they are registered in, and students registered in programs that apply a semester-based education plan and students registered in programs that apply an annual education plan are given a maximum of three courses for the years specified in the education-training and examination procedures and principles for their annual courses. Three-course exams are applied to courses with end-of-term exams. In three-course exams for graduation, it is necessary to receive at least a (CC) letter grade for each course taken in order to be successful. Midterm exam grade(s) are not taken into account in determining this letter grade.

Associate degree and undergraduate students who have taken all courses in their curriculum, have fulfilled the attendance requirement, and have met the other requirements required by the diploma program and have at most 3 courses left for graduation will be granted the right to take a ‘three-course exam for graduation’ on August 28-29, 2024. Students who want to take the exam will fill out the application form on the Student Affairs Department website on August 22-23, 2024 and apply to the academic units they are registered to.
